Large 3BR Home in Downtown Bar Harbor! [Eden West]

Exceptional Home in Portland! Positive: Our stay at The Cushman exceeded our expectations. The host was kind, professional, and quick to respond. We needed to quickly find a place to stay, and the host provided a smooth check in. The home is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere! Each room was well decorated, and small touches like games (thanks for providing Rummikub!), a box of amazing toiletries, and plush towels made our stay feel like home. Our travel was during an unusually hot period in Portland, and the host made sure the AC window units were installed for our comfort. As a family of 4 adults, we had plenty of space! We would highly recommend staying at The Cushman in Portland Maine. Negative: Wish there was dedicated parking. We had to move our car in the middle of the night to avoid being towed when the street cleaners came on a Tuesday night. Make sure to read the street parking signs!

Lovely older house. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants.

Great location and the layout and bedding was as described in the listing. The kitchen was not well stocked with enough plates, bowls, glasses and silverware for 8 people. The kitchen overall was not well stocked with things like storage containers and mixing bowls. In all fairness we did not bring this to the attention of the host to remedy the situation because we left the house early each morning and returned late in the evening. We basically just ate breakfast at home.
